Highly Intelligent Robot
The humanoid robot LOCH is Singapore's first full-sized humanoid robot with 40 degrees of freedom, which can undertake human-like biped walking and human-like manipulation/grasping. Its head has a built-in stereovision which enables it to do human-like perception.
Humanoid was created in 2007 with the aim of developping and offering smart systems for robots and cars. The founder of Humanoid has over 20 years of R&D experiences related to smart robots and smart cars. Humanoid's product scope includes: a) smart cameras, b) smart vision systems, c) smart microphones, d) smart voice/speech systems, e) drive-assist systems, etc. Humanoid has a subsidiary in China, which is in charge of marketing and sales of smart products in Chinese market.
